Car park Remote Controls

Remote Controls cost $120.00. There is a strict policy of one remote per lot – requests for additional devices will be denied. If a Remote is lost or stolen, it MUST be reported IMMEDIATELY to Security@Riviere.net.au so that it can be disabled. If a Remote is broken, it must be dropped into the Owners Corporation or Body Corporate mailbox in your building prior to the delivery of the new Remote Control. Remote stock is kept on site by security. All requests for access devices must be emailed to Binks & Associates, by either the owner or the rental agent (tenant requests will not be actioned). We recommend you keep a record of the ID number on the back of your remote control. For 2 button Remotes, the ID number is the last 4 digits of the string of numbers at the bottom of the rear sticker (26-113-182-05xxx). For 4 button Remotes, the ID number is the 4 digit number at the bottom of rear sticker (6xxx).

Door Access Fobs

FOBs cost $55.00, plus $9.90 postage (if applicable). If to be posted, an alternate address must be provided. We do not post FOBs to the property for security reasons. For programming purposes, requests must state if the FOB is an additional FOB for the tenant, or for the agent. All lost/stolen FOBs MUST be reported to Security@Riviere.net.au IMMEDIATELY so they can be disabled. Please include your apartment number, the last 5 digits of the serial number (from your records), and a guestimate as to when it was Lost/Stolen. Any FOBs reported Lost/Stolen and disabled can be re-enabled upon request to Security@Riviere.net.au if they turn up. We recommend you keep a record of the serial number on the back of the key FOB. All faulty FOBs are to be dropped into the Owners Corporation or Body Corporate mailbox in your building with your apartment number attached.

Apartment Keys

The Owners Corporation does not co-ordinate the supply of keys to individual apartments. Keys must be ordered and paid for through the locksmith direct by the owner or rental agent. A key signatory registration form must be completed. We recommend you keep a record of the security numbers printed on your keys.

Mailbox Keys

Please contact the Building Manager at BM@Riviere.net.au for details on how to order replacement mailbox keys. DO NOT replace the lock as they are on a Master Key system and need to remain that way for security reasons. If you have lost your key and require access, please contact the Building Manager.
